Former guitarist for Ipswich pop-punks The Waxing Captors, Jack Rundell has since established himself as one of the most eccentric and singular voices in the region. Drawing influence from traditional country music - Hank Williams in particular - Jack built up a phenomenal catalogue of original songs leading to his debut release, a 73 track 3 CD box set of home recordings, which came out on local institution Antigen Records in 2018. Jack has now recruited Ben Brown (drums) and Tom Armstrong (bass) of Dingus Khan who back him as The Haunted New Builds and who provide a real weight to his new material which straddles cowboy country and Weezer-esque pop-punk.
