Slow King
Slow King (aka Jacob Powlett) is a songwriter/producer from Ipswich who performs solo with guitar, synths, drum pads, keys and sequencers. Taking cues from the likes of Sampha and James Blake but influenced more by film and human interactions, Slow King’s genre-hopping indie electronica has earned him fans across the east following a number of headline shows and a diverse range of support slots with the likes of Sorrdes, Caswell and Bessie Turner.
