Right. Now I know we told you that 2 Sick Monkeys wouldn't play in Ipswich again after their last appearance here back in August. However due to the delay in getting their album finished in time for that tour, the lovely Monkeys have decided to put off calling it a day for a bit longer, and play all their favourite places one more time. We’re sorry if you feel cheated, you shouldn’t. We’re proper chuffed they asked to come back and cant wait to see them at The Smokehouse again. If you missed them last time, consider this a second chance! It’s going to be amazing!

You can see the full set (featuring guest appearances from Ed, Simon and Zoe off of the Casual Nausea’s) from their last visit to the smokehouse here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mCvqD4uWWVg
and watch their awesome video to ‘Happy Days’ herehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-O-h86lFtWs

Casual Nausea. We missed out on playing with them last time as Matt was off adventuring. So we had to play this one! It’s also our Edward Ache’s Birthday weekend so come and help us celebrate. Heres our (almost) full set from the smokehouse back in Nov.

Atterkop
Amazing Dub Punk from Bristol. One of the most and energetic and engaging live bands going. Passionately anti-fascist and antiauthoritarian, demonstrated by heart felt, intelligent lyrics delivered powerfully. Often described as Ska Core /Ska Punk or Dup Punk, but this lot truly stand out from those genres as something different and special. Amazingly technical with unusal time structures but never losing the hook. Their Debut album ‘Liber Abaci’ (which U.B.P had the pleasure of helping to release) is absolutely mind blowing! We love this lot and can't wait to get them back to The Smokehouse
F.F.O Capdown, Citizen Fish, Kingprawn
